I want to do a polanda build does anyone have a 400l cylinder preferably on its first bore. A polanda build will follow on this site with pictures and the like of how it can be done. Thanks any takers.

I got 5! I thought these were gonna take off a couple years ago and started buying them on ebay. Paid over $100 each. What was I thinking? You can bore these out to +.080". Some guys want them on next to last bore for more CC's You did not say if you wanted the head. Alot of guys get the aftermarket heads for these so you can put the water stigot where it should be.

how thick does the spacer have to be?

The one I had was a 3/8" spacer plate. But I hear you can use a 1/4" spacer also. I guess its the different rod and stroke you are using. I sold both my polonda's to get the puma cylinder. If you just want the cylinder I can check the bore's to give you a close to stock cylinder.
