brake lever very hard to push and wont go back to normal

I had the same problem when I bought my ex, if its for the back, the piston and seals are bad, I forget how much it was, wasnt very much, I brought my assembly "apart" to the dealer, they took 1 look, orederd me the parts, I put it tigether, workd perfect ever since.

Try to re bleed the system first, see if that helps?
