just wanna hear some schedules/workouts/exercise that people do to train for mx.

i run 2 miles about 4 times a week and do as many push ups and sit ups i can do right after running....and riding as much as possible is the best thing you can do

yes i do...i havn't much this summer but i did last year


i want to start comming to more....i did the last grand prix on the white and orange trx450r

What do you ride?

i run about 3 miles a few times a week or go for a road bike ride...i also lift weights once or twice a week and of course ride every time i have the chance..

Run 2 miles a day. 350 (sets of 50, finish with 100) push ups a day, 1000 situps (sets of 150, finish with 250) a day- took me about 4 months to build up to it, but I feel that I am in much better shape now.

I run about 2 miles 5 days a week and afterword do as many push - ups and pull-ups as possible, and just be as active as possibe ex: B-ball, tennis, bmx, and of course riding!

I play mx vs atv reflex 6 hours a day and watch the huevos series a couple times a week.

at the amateur level riding is the best thing you can do. It helps being in shape but most races are 4-5 laps and its not that hard to do that many laps lol.

Reflex, huevos, snack...repeat.


Seriously though my training is jogging about 2 miles. (Try to every day). I also have the perfect pull-up and push-up systems and they work great. Especially with the ab straps, I havnt found anything that builds muscle in your entire upper body as fast as those do.

Lifting weights isn't really for me. I prefer to find ways to use my own body weight to work out.
