I'm an old racer from way back...does anybody remember John Hemme? What happened to him?

Ya, I remember him. He came out of nowhere around maybe 1989-91. He won a bunch of Nationals. If I remember correctly he crashed real bad and broke his Back/Neck. :(

He was on a Honda 250r.
