oil leak coming from shifter shaft

so i have an 05 450r and i have a small oil leak from my shifter shaft. my question is do i have to split the case or not thanks .

nope. Pick that seal out and press the other one in. Just make sure it goes in straight

Make sure the shift shaft isn't bent or it will keep happening.
