View Full Version : what is the best crank for a 2006 yfz 450 for mx riding stock? hod rods or carrillo?

so i have to do a bottom end on my bike and i need to know whats every one runnig out there.

do they all make the same hps?

if not wich on will last longer?

whats the input on the carrillo stuff is it worth it?

rebuild your stock crank and put the falicon knife rod on it i know a guy with falicon and he loves it. also wimmer and harold goodman run them

a full billet crank from falicon is 1400

so whats the deal on this mega dollar cranks. are they lite vs the stock ones. do they make more hps or are they more reliable.
i had a hot rods for like 3 years with lots of hours. so i am just doing my home work.

Falicon cranks and rods are lighter and they are reliable. Falicon does only crankshafts and crankshaft related parts. they dont specialize in anything but cranks.
