Ny Mx Tracks Near Albany

Hey im going to albany next week and looking for some tracks to practice at before the national at Unadilla any suggestions would be awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

http://www.twistervalley.com they got sx races every friday night, practices every tuesday, there between albany and dilla, only other choice for a practice track is eagle bridge but my buddy got killed there, they dont keep any medical people on scene and it took 45 minutes to get a helicopter...twister always has someone there

dirt is very similar to dillas and there mx track has alot of high speed sections, there is also a track right by dilla called thunderridge, they have practice dates as well
