Hi, I'm looking to buy a Honda TRX 90, Suzuki LT80 or a Yamaha Badger 80 in the next few months for my daughter's birthday. I am looking for a used one for a grand or less in good shape, doesn't have to be perfect or modded, actually prefer totally stock. If anyone here has one or knows of someone who does, please let me know. I'm in zip 15931 and will travel 100-150 miles if I need to, or pay to have one shipped. Thanks

Contact 4punksdad. I don't know if he's still got it but awhile ago he was advertising his near new Cheetah 90 (which looks exactly like a TRX 90 with a different name).

Thanks anyway. Too much for me right now. By the way, I used to live in Front Royal a while back, up over the hill where 55 comes in to town across from the graveyard in a townhouse, then lived in Warrenton for the next 11 years, just moved up here in April. My brother still lives in Warrenton, so if you come across anything in the Valley Trader or anyone you know of has something decent and cheap, shoot me a PM or email.
Thanks

we have a 2001 suzuki jr-50 and a 2002 yamaha PW-50. both are like new. I paid around 1100.00 each for them.

I would sell them for around 850.00 each..............the kids never want to ride them since they have quads too!

here is a bad pic of the JR-50 out on the trail. I can get better pics when my other PC gets back from the repair shop!

Thanks Joe, my brother's coming over today around 11:00 so I'll show him this thread. And if he wants one we won't have to take the handlebars off to get it in my van:D

Got an LT 80 coming. It will need the starter rebuilt/replaced and front brake cables and lever. I'm looking for a set of nerfs for it too if I can find them cheap.
Thanks for all the help. Here's a pic...from seller on ebay

the lt80 starter is a pricey item. around 250 bucks. I had to replace one one time. as I recall, it was a bit of a pain to gain access to as well.

I spoke with a local electric motor/alternator/starter repair shop in town , without seeing it he said at most it would be about 60 bucks if he could fix it. I also saw on ebay oem new ones for 125-150. Hopefuly it can be repaired. I'm not really concerned with how difficult it is to get to. I was a mechanic for 12 years professionally. I'm sure I've run into tougher things.

i had a parts bike that I stole a starter from. it too was no good, but I was able to take apart 2 bad starters and make one good one out of them. so I was lucky. my local starter shop would not touch the suzuki starter since they claimed they could not source the rebuild parts. 150 on ebay would be a great deal. good luck. sharp lookin little bike you got there.;)
