Need help with jetting

I have a 99 400ex Namura 11:1 Hi comp pistion,HMF full exhaust, K&N Air filter, mod air box lid right now it has a 160 main and 48 pilet jets Any Help out there

Where is you problem ? At idle, throttling up, or at full throttle ???? All info you can give will help.

but from what u have i think the 48 pilot might b your problem stock is 38 and u should prob run a 42

its running lean and it likes to cut out especally hill climbs

show a pic of the plug. if you can one after you let it run at a stand still and one after you have road it. ats how i check mine to see what jet needs to be changed. theres maney was to check them that just my way. idle running is the pilot and running on a track or a good woods ride will let you know the main jet. u need to do it with a plug that has some run time on it. it helps with the reading. its hard to do with a new plug takes longer. also what carb are you running? 400 or 450.

400 carb I will take pics a soon as I get it back from the shop I retards did a ****ty *** rebuild on it I didnt even have 10 hours on it and the rings were gone and now the guys dicking me by saying oh I cant find the rings then the warehouse he orders from has 6 in stock he put a namura piston in it which I never heard of I just want it fixed right cause I havent even got any ride time in yet..when I ride its mostly trails

Yeah I like wiesco to but thats what the idiot gave me for $850 but I will be getting it back monday or tuesday and I live in ohio I no the elevation goes on jetting to I just want it to run right
