gasket doesn't match

Lesson learned. I bought a k&s gasket kit off of ebay.
Gaskets dont match gasket surface.

Anybody else run into this problem with the other gasket makers?

Are OEM gaskets the only ones that match up?

Anybody ever lap case halves and whats the best method?

what about when oem gaskets arent available anymore?

the way people make it sound now is there arent any left.

k&s is a hit and miss. i've had much better luck with cometic but prefer OEM
