Thanks for the compliments everyone. I will definitely be posting more pics of my R in the sand. I still have to do the engine break-in and some tuning but I plan on riding the hell of of it once it's all dialed-in. My seat was done by Jettrim and I got the decals from a member on this site (250Renvy). The theme for my build is a how I think Honda would make a 2010 Honda 250R Dune Edition.

Wow bro, that thing is really sick!! You've really got a lot of time in this thing. There is a lot of "little" stuff that you've paid attention too. Good job on it!!!:D

Thats pipe looks like an ESR TRX-5 to me.

I am running Eyeball Engineering +3+1 LT A-arms and a TRX5R pipe. I just added the full build details to my original post (see above). I'm considering entering it on QOTM here also. There are many little details that most people probably wouldn't even notice, but that's ok. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, and I can't wait to start riding it.

That is one awesome looking R since almost everything looks new. Haha I wanna see that in person as soon as I get a chance to ride Sand mountain.

If you see me out there, please stop by & say hello. I haven't had the chance to meet & ride with any 250R owners, so it would be great.

I'm guessing you're asking about the front brake lever dust cover? That's actually the stock dust cover that I cleaned-up really well with a Magic Eraser.

Here's a pic of the shifter-side (below). I did not put the carb clamps on because I will be switching back to the stock carb to break-in the motor.

To say the least. Looks squeaky clean. The chrome stuff just puts it in a different dimesion. I believe Dan has got the fever. I would like to thank all you guys/gals that spend countless hours of time promoting the 250R. We all wish you could buy a new 2010 TRX250R. The only option is to "get er done" I agree it looks even better than new.

Dans rear wheels being reworked for this project.
