Is a #35 smaller or bigger then stock? Figure itd be easy enough to ream out the hole if its a bigger size.
Thanks

it comes with a 40 stock. The 35 is smaller.

NO. the 35 has a SMALLER hole then the stock 40. less gas through the bowl, more gas into the squirter hole into the engine.

our motors are REALLY lean from factory. so you want MORE gas to go to the engine. so you put a SMALLER leak jet so that less gas goes into there and more into the engine. it helps with the infamous bog.

I'll just buy a #35:p But thats what I'm trying to get rid of, that damn bog! Figure I should try the leak jet before I run out and get a quickshot.
Thanks

You are right. I swear I have heard several people say they are opposite, but that doesn't make sense because the bog is a lean condition due to too much fuel leaking back into the bowl when the throttle is whacked while on idle.
I stand corrected. Learn something new every day.
You should also do the zip tie mod.

Do zip tie mod with a rubber o-ring. and put a 35 LJ. the have someone drill out the squirter hole so its bigger. quickshot is a waste of money.

Zip tie mods been done, still looking for a #35 leaker, and how much bigger does the squirter need to be?
Thanks for the info

About twice as big as it is stock. It requires a special drill bit.

it will help, but the problem isnt the LJ.

Special drill? You mean like a special size or something?

yeah the drill bit is a special size and type. I do not know the details though.
and know I am not saying that. I am saying the BOG's sole problem isnt the LJ or the AP linkage like everyone thinks.

Hmm, the only think I can think of is if its a hardened part that would require a carbide spade drill. If its not hardened then any regular drill/reamer should work
