been looking from website to website. no luck. im lookin to buy an aftermarket air/fuel mix screw. tired of burnin myself. any ideas?

I dont believe that there is one made for the ex carb. i think only for the 450r carbs. I may be wrong though, ill look for a bit and see what i can find. steve

I've only seen the larger more user friendly ones for the FCR carbs.

I been thinking of using some JB weld and putting perhaps a small screw or a knob from the back of a computer on there.

i think im gonna take a dremel and make it into a sloted screw. doesnt seem to be to difficult. im smarter than that there bloody screw

you could get a stock one from before 05 since they have a notch in them already. otherwise you could make a tool that is a D shape to fit it or notch it out on your 05. steve

I have one of the slotted ones already cause mine is an 00, it doesnt help at all cause the idle screw is RIGHT IN THE WAY!

I took the bolt out of the Idle screw bracket and left it dangle. Then I bought a pilot screw adjusting tool and it fits right in. Problem solved. It's a good day to go whup on some 450s and Craptors hehe - Gotta go C-Yas !!!!
