Web 493/739..Tower bored? Diff Springs?

Have a buddy wanting to try out a Web 493/739 cam for the next national. He has new OEM CRF bike valves and springs. We know this cam is real aggressive. This is why i wanted to see if he needs diff springs and/or cam tower bored for larger buckets as well?

You will need springs forsure and you might want to get the 28mm buckets installed as well with this cam, i have one of these and i did both and did it right the first time
