change air-filter need to rejet?

I am going to be getting a UNI air-filter becasue the K&N that i have now is beat and it need replacing, well i was wondering if you just changed the air-filter do you need to re-jet the carb? i am not planning on putting a pipe or anything i just want it to be reliable.

I do not have the stock filter do i need the body of the stocker to put a UNI on? or is the UNI a whole new assembly?

stock jetting if fine with a uni.[It's almost like the stock air cleaner,but better]

no no no you dont need the body of the stock one , the uni is a whole new assembly , you will be fine with the jetting
