LT80 parts compatible to 50?

my buddy has a kfx 2 stroke 50/LT50 basically right. so he needs a gas tank, tires and coil/harness not sure what else. but I was thinking everything should be compatible right? the motor must be the same just smaller and the frame as well imo. see like simple bikes so I can't imagine alot of stuff NOT working. anyone know which parts or if ALL are interchangeable? thanks,

I doubt the KFX is a Suzuki. Even if it was, the parts will not interchange.
