so the hubs dont ocme off i never seen that or heard of it does it suck to change them out or what

It was an older design Hiper used to use, the hubs are actually built into the rim. Personally I think its a nice setup because you can take the rim, tire, and hub off all in one. Anyway let me know if you are interested in them.
