I JUST BLED MY FRONT BRAKES AFTER GETTING MY STEEL BRAIDED BREAKLINES AND NOW THE LEVER DOESNT EAVEN PUSH ITSELF BACK OUT AFTER PRESSING THE BRAKE. WHAT SHOULD I DO...

Is everything tight? Are you seeing any brake fluid around the banjo bolts, or the bleeder screw after you pull the lever in?

Did you use the right brake fluid?


You might have some dirt or something in the lines.


Also, make sure your calipers are clean. It sounds like maybe your cup is hanging up on some dirt or something. I would take the caliper off, and give it a good spray down with some brake parts cleaner, and them a dose of some liquid wrench or WD-40. With the pads removed, of course.

you have air in the lines then. crack the new line right off the master and bleed it there. this should halp. then let the line gravity bleed for an hour and then bleed them again.
