check your starter relay. i dont know were it is on your bike,im guessing under the seat cose to the batt. just follow the positive lead and u will find it. make sure its out of gear and use a screw driver across the two posts and if it starts tell use and we will go from there

that agood sign . u need to check to see if u have power from the key switch to the starter button using a test light or meter if u do have power at the button, then u need to chase down the wire from the button to the starter relay that u have allready replaced . just so u know, the starter button sends power to the relay and then the relay sends power to the starter

when u push the the button do u have power at the relay on the smaller wires. there is four wires at the relay ? one of the small wires might have power all the time with the key on and the other is on when u hit the button . i have never worked on your type bike but they are bacicaly the same. somebody else jump in here and help if u can

check the neutral safety switch sensor that goes into the case by the shifter.. my buddy had the same problem replaced just about everything even bought a new wireing harness and it was just that 15$ part he went to a local shop to order it and the guy had a whole bunch stocked because apparently its a fairly common problem that not many people know about

ok. do you have anyidae how to cheack it??

slainwarrior

i think there's a ball and spring in the sensor and when its bad the ball gets stuck pushed into the sensor... the position of the ball indicates to the computer when the bike is in gear or neutral.. the spring is supposed to keep pressure on it but they wear out and get dirty
