I have an 06 450r and all of the fluids are good on it when i ride the exhaust gets hot enough that it catches my jeans on fire its a leo vince x3 titanium full is there any way to cool it down

Any exhaust will do that if your pants are touching long enough.Do you have a heat shield on it? Riding boots and pants help alittle.

wrap it in header wrap? It will definately cut down on the heat but it will still be hot.

dont let it idle or as little as possible, keep fresh coolant in it, and make sure that your getting good air movement through the radiator,maybe flush fins out, also running to lean will make it run hotter, so make sure your jetted properly, and change your muffler packing regularly. If you wrap your head pipe it will help like flew said, but it will destroy the finish on your pipe if that matters!

Also if your pipe is glowing red check your jetting because you are running to lean.
