how do u strip powdercoat? can u get a can of aircraft remover or something?

The quickest and easiest way is to burn it off with a set of torches. But get a raytek minitemp to be sure you dont get the metal over 450-500 degrees. Then it just needs a light bead blast to remove the ash. I have done quite a few frames this way with great success. The way i see it the 450-500 temp range wont hurt because thats what temp PC is baked at.

i seen a guy on youtube using aircraft paint stripper but will that remove powdercoat

It will remove it, but it may take several coats. It really depends on how thick the PC was sprayed when it was done.
