dumb question

[05 450R in pa]

i've owned my 05 trx for about 3 weeks now and after riding went to grease it and couldnt find any fittings...am i missing something or are there no grease fittings installed on these quads

what were you expecting to have grease fittings? i've never actually checked but i know none of the parts that should like balljoints and things like that do, so i would have to say no there are no grease fittings

It doesn't have fittings like say the polaris quads do but that doesn't mean you don't grease it still. You should still take the various moving parts apart (Rear carrier bearings, linkage bearings, swingarm bearings, etc) and grease them every so often.

alrite thanks for the replys im coming from a yamaha warrior and it has fittings on swing arm ball joimts etc..and wasnt sure if the R had fittings or if you had to take things apart to grease
