picked up another 400ex this week (for girlfriend) it nothing great but has a E2 pipe on it and is already jetted, and the guy gave me some ac nerfs and a spal fan for it. heres a few pics.

Did the guy give you the race tip for that pipe?

That pipe will run soooo much better with the spark arrestor out and the race tip in it. It sounds beastly too.

Nice quad. That thing looks likes it's barely even been ridden.

no i didn't get anything else with it as far as a tip for the pipe. and yeah its seams like it has barely been used at all, it doesn't have the usual wear on it like the 400s that have a ton of hours on them. runs real strong and the clutch is nice and tight. not a bad pickup for 2k, being a 05 with reverse.

already got a ac front bumper on it, going to put on the nerfs with some 450r pegs i picked up and then a applied clutch lever, with a 250x cable then will be dumping the stock parking brake with a block off cover. should be a nice little trail machine real soon

Man that sucks big time. I've looked high and low and cannot find anywhere that sells the big race end cap for the E2. I used to get mine from motosport.

If you ever need a re pack kit for it you can get them at DennisKirk.com they are being made by moose now.

Even though Vance and Hines bought WB out, they hardly even make any parts for our atv stuff. They pretty much slapped the V&H logo on a couple dirt bike exhaust and charge out the butt for them and pretty much said screw all the other exhausts. It's pretty much bullcrap if you ask me.

took the "new" 400 ex out this weekend, man it runs great! looks like i am going to need some different front shocks next. i've had 450r on mine so long i forgot how bad the stock 400s where.
