We have done a number of the rmz/kfx in a 250r based chassis, the pictures are on our website kidsonquads.com under readers rides.

The 250 R chassis is a great build would prefer to build that one up. I have everything to build the TRX 450 with a CRF 250 R motor in it. Just not sure how quad will really handle after it's complete?

It should be similar to the 250r chassis, as long as you get the motor mounted properly. It should be about 30 lbs lighter, then the 450R. About the only advice I can give is, use the lightest weight aftermarket parts you can, weight will be a factor in performance. If you would like a list of what we use, give me a call.
