I would like to see some up close side shots of rear skid plates mounted on your swingarm. Prefer Pro-Armor or AC skids. I already have a PRM and I'm trying to find a skid that tucks up closer to the swingarm.

They all are just about the same...prm and pro armor offer thicker aluminum and better protection than ac does.....if your looking for more ground clearance the best way is thru tires......but if you want to keep what you have look at a baldwin setup that just protects them sprokect and eliminates the plate all together....depends on where your riding also......woods , baldwin will work fine....baja desert type, plate is mandatory...

Both the options I listed appear to offer alot more clearance on the upper half of the swingarm. At the carrier I would agree w/ you though.

This isn't my first time around the block.... ;) I'm just looking at what other options are out there.

Thanks man. ;)

It appears to me that at the front of the skid the Pro-Armor tucks up WAY closer to the swingarm than the PRM. The PRM is a joke w/ how for down it hangs in the front. It hangs a good 1" further down than it should in the front.

I've got a way to run a sprocket guard and have someone that is willing to make me a brake only skid. I'm just still alittle insecure about not running a full skid.....

Thanks for the pic.
