1998 Laeger TRX250R Frame - Runs excellent, Ready to ride.
1986 TRX250R engine, ported, 38mm Keihin carb w/ Boyesen bowl,
LRD adjustable pipe, spark arrestor on it currently. Gibson long travel a-arms,
PEP front and rear shocks. Laeger frame and swingarm, +4 LSR axle/hubs. The front has stock 89 hubs,
spindles, rotors. Also have a few extras to go along with it.

It could use a tear down and re-paint / powercoat.... but otherwise is ready to ride / race.

I think the front end is 49" wide from the outside of the tires... I'll have to double check once I'm at home

Yes it had a protrax front end previously, it was womped out and needed all new bushings and everything, so I sent out 1/2 of the protrax front end to a guy who was going to make all new bushings and whatnot... and he stole all my parts. I was a newb and trusted someone I shouldnt have. live and learn.

Joe Compdonio from Cali is the thief in question here if anyone knows him.

He actually never even quoted me,
I sent the parts, I spoke with him once after he acknowledged receiving the parts. Then he never answered the phone or returned my emails for over 2 years, then I gave up. If I had money, I would have caught a flight out to the address I shipped the parts to.

I just don't want to hassle with parting it out. $500 here, $100 here, yadda yadda yadda.... I'd rather have 1 big lump of cash to add to my bank account.... or buy another toy with

I'm most likely gonna powercoat the frame / put a 330 cylinder on it and keep it for Silver Lake sand dunes.

I think you'd be surprised at how fast the parts get sold, I parted out a banshee a couple years ago and people were wanting most everything right away. I really can't understand why nobady has bought it complete though, is there anything wrong with the frame? Maybe it's because it doesn't have the pro-trax front end anymore, but if that's the case they could buy a new front end from Laeger and still not have a whole lot of money wrapped up in it.

It's a great quad but times are tough. Most people are going to the dealer and financing bikes for 50 bucks a month. Not alot of folks are willing to part with the cash....I would buy it if the quad was closer to Florida.
