Well i had my dg pipes on before i jeted my 300 and it ran fine and then it did what yours is doing and it was because (in the carb) the sleave in the center was stuck in the down postion because the arm that pulls that sleave up and down as you push the gas some how came uncrewed, and what you have to do is take the top plate off the carb look down in there and you well see what i am talking about

if you're gonna throw it in the pond at least get it on video so you can share with all of us. :devil

To your question it's definitely a jetting problem, I would take the carb off, take the bowl off and in inspect it and clean it. rejet and put it back together. Fire her up and see what happens. Good luck.

Dont throw int in the pond. Take you carb of and look it over. Might be something as simple as dirt in your main jet or something. Could be a timing, but assuming it idles ok, I doubt it.

Take the carb off, and look it over carefully, that doesn't take any time at all. I can have mine off, re-jet it and have in running again in less than 30 minutes. Its' something simple, almost bet ya.

have you changed the needle position? i have seen a few where they did and didn't get the spring that holds the linkage on right, take the boot of they back of carb, give it gas and look and see if the slide is moving up and down
