it has vibration and no power. the vibrations start at half throttle get harder as rpms climb. it won't launch in second on any surface with 12/41 ratio and 22" 2-ply tires. when i looked at it i hammered on it some it seemed to run decent it hung front tires in 3rd and hauled off in second gear with bad crank bearings. i bought it last winter for 600 and put in new topend, reeds, crank bearings, oil seals, clutch and had the intake & exaust ports smoothed up. i got it back together less than a week ago and break in had no problems. first time i tried launching in 2nd it barely took off as it was about to turn on it started to vibrate and lacked power. im almost positive i have the 3 timing marks lined up but i'm going to double check. is there any thing else that i couldh've done wrong during assembly to make it run like this?
