torque spring roller or glide???

i seen the torque spring roller and a glide they are suppose to make your shift smoother and make the spring last longer. does any one here use these and are they a good idea???????????/

I've used both. Unfortunately, the roller sleeve with the little ball-bearings does not fit on the overrange rear pulley. I currently use the yellow Malossi sliding guide. I don't know if it works or not though.
