Its an 07 bought it last year as a left over new from the honda shop in august so it doesnt even have a whole year of riding into. never been rolled. Just the normal riding scratchs. has a hmf competion series slip on k&n filter dyno jet kit, rox dash panel full body skids and swingarm skid and ever thing else is stock payed 4200 for it so i'd like to get somewhere close like 3500 because i want to get a 450r sorry you 400ex guys dont mean to be a trader but i rode one this weekend and it has so much power on the long hills. Sorry this pic is when it was all stock it looks just as nice now

$3200-3500 Sounds fair. I have seen alot of older (99-04)400's in my area around 2k. Considering the employment status of alot of people these days, they seem to lean towards older models and pay less. I guess what I am trying to say is that older units with little wear are going so cheap it may bring down the value of yours.....If you want to move it quick

well book value is from low retail 2600 to high retail 3500 so u should be able to get about 2900 or maybe a little bit more and usaully people dont add money cause of aftermarkets parts so it all depends on what people will actually pay for it

k thanks might jus keep it cause im buying a 86 atc 250r for 500 bucks its steal its in really nice conditon too my buddys dad is makin him sell it because he rolled it and broke his leg and collar bone so im probly sell soon after i get it. ive seen them go for 2k easy from where im from. Then ill have a nice down payment on a new 450r lol. sorry dont got a pic of the 250r yet

Honestly, unless it is a race ready ex, you never see them sell for over $3000. You can list it for however much you choose though.

3500$ sounds a little high. I was thinking around 2500$. But you might find someone who really wants it. Good luck with the sell. Hope you do good on it.

I tried to sell mine a while back for $2500 with all my mods, 4 sets of new rims and tires, extra skid plates, nerfs...and more!

I had it up for a month never even got a single call for it....

Actually I got 1 call from a guy who wanted to trade for a yz250 that was it.?WTF?

Well i decided not to sell it to get a 450r. I really like it for the trails with reverse. the 450 i rode was really nice but i buddy is selling me his 86 atc 250r needs some cosmetic work but it runs greats lots of stuff done to it. it bored to a 280. And hes selling it to me for only 500 bucks. i'll try to get a pic of it as soon as i can but hes on vacation and i cant go look at it agian for a week.

The most you can get out of a stock sleeved R cylinder is 273cc.;)
