new typhoon

just bought a new but used typhoon for my kids 6th birthday,the atv has been rode 6 times i have a few questions the electric start does nothing any suggestions?? also the tranny is so hard to shift is there a fully auto conversion till he get a little bigger its even tough for me to shift. it is the 125 i like the power be cause his other on which is a 110 just dont have the beans to climb the hills we ride in would just sit there full thorttle so i got the extreme hopefull with some help from you guys i can get the electric start to work and make the tranny more friendly.

The shifting on these motors are VERY notchy when new. If it only has 6 rides on it that's why it's still stiff. Keep putting time on the motor and the tranny will start to loosen up quite a bit. What's the electric starter doing?

does absolutely nothing i did jump the solenoid and it cranked im going o tear into it today.

There's a fuse on top of the battery box unerneath the seat. Try checking it....

FUSE IS GOOD ON TO THE WIRING HARNESS

found the problem it was the starter relay,replaced that now what batteries and size are you guys running? and where can i get some ac propeg style nerfs.

I put a heel toe shifter on my kids xtreme because it was to hard for him to upshift.

AC sells nerfs for the Xtreme but they're over $250 if I remember correct. The setup that I had put on my sons Typhoon is on ebay. You will have to have someone remove the stock welded brackets and weld these on. Here's the item listing # as for some reason it won't link it directly to the page. 360219915281
