we have a local 200ft atv drag race, i have a stock 450r with a full system i was wondering what kind of gearing should i use, and how can i hook better? if anybody has any tips on this please reply all help is appreciated. thanks

13 in the front is good, 2nd gear start, 20inch 6 paddle hauler, lean over gas tank at first and as soon as you launch put all pressure on back tires. try to keep the front end about 6in of the ground the whole way, and dont ever let off gas at all

its a hard packed dirt drag idk how good paddles would hook up, im thinking about the razr mx i heard they hook good.

if there are a lot of races or a unlimited class the track wont be hard packed for long. I race on packed tracks that are groomed after each round and I need the paddles when I catch the end of the grooming run. and the skat tracs with Douglas blue rims are half the weight of rzrs, and that gives much better launches and speed!! also pick up some 19in fronts and tie down your shocks to help keep front down

well i went to the drags this weekend my first time goin off lights. i was running 4.4's all night with a .589 reaction time i think i did pretty good to have almost slick tires and a all stock 450r except for the pipe
