FCR40 Jetting question

I recently purchased a FCR40 carb for my Yosh 449 big bore and i have no idea how to jet this thing. Anyone know kind of a good set up to start with that'll get me headed in the right direction.

it does depend on a few things like elevation air box and intake boot even porting and pipe has some thing to do with it.


if it were a 39mm i would say a 168 and 45-48 pj
as a 40 1-2 jets bigger would be a good place to start .
