I just ordered a 3mm stroker crank from hot rods for my 07 450R. I will be keeping my 13.8:1 piston and also running a CRF head gasket. I run a stage 2 hot cam and a full exhaust. DOes anyone have any rough guesses on what kinda hp i may be running around. I know noone knows exact im just curious on a guess. My next step will be port and polish but too much out of the wallet for that right now lol

probably around 50-55. alot of factors go into. but i would probably say around there.

what year crf head gasket do i need for an 06 or is there one

i run a 2005 CRF head gasket. Im not sure what all years will work thats just always been what i ran

whats the benift of the crf head gasket over the trx?

is the crf a better gasket so it doesnt loose compression or, does it help add compression if so how?

The CRF gasket is thinner. Therefor it ups the compression
