Flexx Bar Rebuild

i know many of people use the flex bars what i was wondering if somone hada part list and sizes of the stuff i need. i know that they have the kits online an im not trying to be cheap but i want to rebuild them this weekend, any advice is appreciated...

Im having the same problem and would like to know as well. Mine havent been used in about two years and are seized up.

Normaly you won't need any parts unless you tear the o-rings pressing the pins out.
I just use a vise and some small deep well sockets to press them out. clean them and puts some anti-sieze on them.
I do mine every 6 months or so.
