Ok I just adjusted the exhaust valves not the intake valves they were fine made sure the timing chain and the cam marks lined up perfect but now its hard to start and when it does it bogs out the carb checked my marks on the cam gears all lined up is it poss. the chain might have jumped on the crank?

When you lined up your timing marks did you make sure that you piston was at tdc on the compression stroke?

messed up one exhaust valve had my shims wrong one valve is unshimable needs head work lucky for me i have a extended warrenty:)
