I just finished my build and I have alot of viberation like so much viberation that i cant ride longer then 2 mins. I checked my counterbalancer today and the dot on the crank and the dot on the crank gear arnt 100% lined up but very very close. would this cause that much viberation? the dot on the counterbalancer and the crank gear are 100% lined up.

did you bump up the compression? or use a lighter piston that would also cause vibration

my compression is 170. im using an 86 piston(prox) 68mm with an 89 bottom end and an 86 cylinder with a spacer plate. I have a 19cc dome and cool head using the atc/cr250 paper gasket.

i had a motor put back together at a local shop one time, and they were off by one tooth of getting those marks right, i raced it not knowing much back then, it cracked the frame, the silencer made a he!! of a mess, just one tooth
