18 Hour Roundtrip Pickup

After searching for the last few months for a 250r I finally purchased a really nice 88 from skyeryder. My friend and I left Ontario yesterday morning and made the 500 mile trip to his place in Indiana. I was a little hesitant about going that far but it looked like a nice machine in pictures and Scott was a very honest and knowledgeable guy on the phone. I couldn't be happier about the whole purchase. The machine runs excellent and is in really good condition. I know I will probably do some upgrades in the future but for now will drive it as it is - a stock machine with a pipe. Its been 10 years since I owned my last 88 and I need to get used to the power again.

My boys were happy to see it in the morning.

Looks like you guys made it back okay.
Won't be able to go to Silver Lake, I looked at my son's schedule and he has a State race that weekend can't miss the points races, send me a pm next time you guys are scheduling a trip, thanks and hope you enjoy!!!!
