450r shocks....

are the rear shocks on the 450r the same as the ones on the trx 400ex? and if they are better is it a big difference? B/c i jump really high and it lands really bad and are the front 450r shocks a big improvement?

The fronts are supposed to be an improvement but if you are under 200lbs. they are stiff from what i've read. You could have them revalved, if you have the money, and they are very easy to mount up. The rear shock is stiffer than the 400 stock but I don't know if it will improve any thing. If you have the patience, time, and tools to do it, the kfx front shocks are probably the way to go. Thats what I went with. I'm pretty sure all my info on the shocks are accurate if any of it is wrong just say so.

I got mine off of the kfx classified section on here for 160 shipped they are off of an 09. Its not a direct swap though, its a little harder to do than the honda 450 shocks.
