CR250 boots from 86-2001 will work on your cylinder. They are made to fit 38mm and up carbs. I've got an extra 2001 CR boot I will sell ya if you need one.

I got a good way to make a stock one fit if you got one. Souds weird but boil it in water stick a coke bottle in it till it opens up and throw it in the freezer instant 39 mm carb fitter NO BS works like a champ

I run an ESR 310 kit and 38mm carb. I have an UPP intake boot on it and it works great!

Hope this helps.

Do you have to use a spacer plate with the CR boot? I got a ESR 350PV with v-force 3 reeds, 39mm PWK and the TRX intake boot seems a little long and makes a kink in my airbox boot. If I switch to a CR boot will this fix the kink? Thanks

It might fix it. The CR250 intake boot is shorter.

Does anyone use a intake boot like this? it looks like it would work good because you could cut it as short/long as you need, but one extra clamp for a air leak. thanks

cr boot is shorter, but it is also on a different angle. it turns the carb out towards the frame works fine just a little harder to get the carb on.

I think I might just go with a boysen rad valve, I think it should get everything to fit good.
