posting pics?????????????

hello,
i'm having a problem posting pics.....
i use my photobucket all the time with other forums but it doesn't work correctly here??? all i can do is post links???
can someone shed light for me ????

are you encoding them in image tags?

If you look at the buttons when you make a thread/post theres a button that says IMG, that will do it for ya.

Or you can take the link and wrap it in tags IE:
[IMG*]YOUR PIC[/IMG*] remove the stars for it to work.

Click on the "IMG" button, and put the direct link, instead of the image code.

This has been happening to me all of a sudden also. I have no idea what the deal is but for years I've been attaching pictures to my posts and they've shown up fine.

But for the past few weeks my pictures only show up as links and wont embed. I've tried all the combinations I can think of but they'll only show up as links. All other forums I posted the pictures on work fine.

Forgot to mention I'm also using photobucket :p

I have no idea but I've done the same thing on every forum for years and never had a problem. Then just recently my pics stopped working on this site, but continue to work fine on other forums. :confused:

I've also checked a couple other pics where people uploaded from photobucket, and they came in fine.
