timing marks??

WHat exatly are the timing marks on a 2008 KFX450. I saw the mark on the exhaust cam which i am guessing lines up with the top of the head pointing toward the front of the motor, correct? All i see in the intake cam is a drilled hole and im not sure what to line it up with. Thanks.

Long as it has been I hope you already found the answer... but here it is anyways...

The mark on the exhaust cam, pointing forward, lined up with the cylinder head....

Then on the intake there is a timing mark in close to the recess in the tooth... it's just past that hole you see in the sprocket.

Line up the exhaust cam... then start counting pins in the chain clockwise towards the intake cam ... Line the mark in the intake sprocket with the 29th pin...

thanks man. yeah i had already found it. I overlooked the little timing mark on the intake side cause im blind thats why i was at first thinkin the hole had to be it.. Thanks tho
