I finally learned how to get the maxium air out of the bikes.......I always held down on the face of the take off, but the computer would always out jump me....then I started hitting up just as I came off the lip of the jump and presto....the dude flies..

So press down on the approach, not to soon, or not to later, and just as you come to the peak, press up.....

Did everyone else already figure this out and I am way behind>?

yes you are a lil behind but its ok u that you figured it out on your own, you pull back at the bottom, n flip it forward as quick as you can by the lip, the faster u do it, the more preload u have and it comes up as orang eon the lil meter at the side

how u preload is a very important part of the game. IMO it is probaly the most important things. The way the game is designed u can preload at the bottom or top of a jump. If there is a jump that you can't get over without preloading but when u do you over jump it , preload at the main bottom of the jump. Landing on the down side of the jump is sooooo much faster than landing in the flats. Believe me I know. Count the championships:D

if u take the tutorial and unlock the ravages it tells u i can t waitf or mx madness to come out for the ps i hope u can shrug off speed in it tho

to get best possible times dont preload unless it is absolutely necessary

like raptor said preload at the bottom of the jumps that are long and you will not go as high and it is faster..........or on most of the tripples just lean back and hold back down till you go off jump and you will you clear them perfectly
