Finally something inbetween a 90cc and a 250cc. I am a Honda guy, but Yamaha gets it. Are you listening Honda?? You failed miserably with the 700XX and Big Red. Get with it!!

The cool part about it is it shares it's chassis and suspension with the Raptor 250! The motor isn't as fast as a 250 - it's made more for those riders who probably bought a cheap, off-brand quad but liked riding - and want to upgrade a little without spending the money on a 250. It's a cool looking little thing....yamaha always does it right when it comes to making things look good!

No, the frame is the same as the 250....just the handlebar position and footpeg placement are a little different to accomodate slightly smaller riders. The shocks are also the same as the 250 regular shocks (not the new piggyback ones that come on the LE).

It's a really cool little quad - looks great, and it's a great introductory quad - has all of the Yamaha quality with a much smaller price tag! :)

yeah i be cool if honda made a quad with its crf150r engine in it. the 250ex is fun to but the 300ex is like the raptor 250 just with a lil more power and reverse... i got a recon 250 when i was 5 even though it only gose 48 stock it fun as hell.. i wonder whats the rappy 250 top is... and 125
