I saw sometime ago a print someone made if you wanted to machine an adapter piece. I thought I saved it but apparently I didn't. Anyone help me out??

I think you might be talking about a thread honda400ex2003 had going. You might try searching his name and see if that turns up what ya need.

you could take a bit more off the outside of the smaller OD to make the tube fit easier also if you like. otherwise you can still get it on but you have to work a bit at it. I didnt grind the tube out or anything, just took off the subframe rests on the sides of the box to get the front of the box a bit lower. this probably wasnt needed either lol. steve

you could make the .5" for the smaller part length .75" and the OD on the smaller .0625" instead of .09" if you choose. It worked good for me just how it is though.
