Here is my son Adam and his Typhoon 70. We just put on an ebay pipe on it and for under 50 I am really happy with it so far. The HMF sticker looks right at home on it. Other mods are a cam and ignition from tbparts.com and the flex bars. We have also added some Pro-Armor peg extenders for better grip and changed the nets on the stock nerfs. We have been really happy with this quad.

He races it in the 70cc production class in the Iowa Harescramble series.

Adam is a cancer survivor and races with a prosthetic arm. :muscle:

Right on turbo. I saw him at Spragueville and Fort Dodge. My oldest son ran at Indianola last year with his Predator and then at Decatur City and Heartland Challenge with his 90 Typhoon. It's got a 125 in it now and a 140 waiting in the wings for when the 125 poops out. He's not racing this year but I think he wants to run in the Heartland Challenge again. Your son is an inspiration to say the least. See you in a couple weeks.

Nice job. If you need more ground clearance, check out the Maxxis Razr Cross front's and rears. The 18" rear is actually an inch taller than the stock rear, and a 20" front gets this bike off the ground really well. I have a set of rears, and a set of AC nerfs, if your looking.

Thanks Guys,

Guenther stop and introduce yourself at Montezuma if you get the chance. We will be camping there Friday and Saturday night. I'm on a white Honda in B+ #255. Thanks for the kind words.

That's an awesome job on the bike and an awesome rider as well! Great to see someone have different ideas to make the Typhoon a better bike. Now stay frequent on the site ;)

Denny I forgot you said you bought the Cobra in Montezuma. Did that other guy here in Iowa buy one of your typhoons?

Turbo I'll be sure to stop by so we can do some 12oz curls, LOL!

Glad you got one of them sold Denny.

Turbo the "cold ones" are one of the best parts of the weekends. I usually park my camper/toy hauler next to Spaz, Sprouse, Deskins, Guffy's and sometimes VanPattens so the beer and B.S are always flowing.
