I have been parting out a 1997 300ex. I have sold the frame, steering stem, clutch lever, brake lever, tie rods, clutch cable. All the rest is still here:
wiring harness, complete engine (not running but loose), a-arms, stock shocks, swing arm, axle, all 4 hubs, gas tank, carb, really poor plastics, etc. Let me know what you need. paypal accepted.
