Sprocket question

Does anyone know what brand of sprocket is it that has the skulls machined into the center

but how can it be in the center! sprockets are center-less!!

sorry im being a dumb arce, i ment to put brake rotor, i've seen a rear rotor before that had a skull machined in the center. Maybe it was custom or something, I dunno. Thanks for pointing that out though.

i'm guessing it was just a custom mod cause i've never seen that but who knows
