There are more just google LED off road lights I found one set that put out 10,000 lumens+

what bulb size do i get and will that definetly fit a 450r

I would put money that the bulb h6m will work for the 450r fits the 400ex and 700xx so knowing honda i would put money on the h6m...
you can pick up a pair for about 50.00
