Need recommendations on a "Big Guy" kidney belt

Looking for a extra large kidney belt. I wear a 34-36 waist but have a beer gut and was needing suggestions on which company or style to go with?

I broke my back several years ago and have some lower vert fused together. I went with the old favorite lifters belt out of leather. Nothing better for lower back support in my opinion.
